Preheat the oven to 200°C. Sprinkle Hinds Spices Chip Seasoning over the oven chips. Bake the Mama’s pies and chips for 20 minutes, turn the oven down to 180°C and bake for a further 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a small saucepan, add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes, mix the Bisto Gravy Brown Onion with boiling water and add to the pot with the thyme. Bring to a low simmer for 2 minutes.

Blanche the peas and serve with the Mama’s pies, chips and gravy.
