Place a pot over medium-high heat and add oil. Once oil is hot, add in garlic, onion, carrots and celery; cook for a few minutes until onion becomes clear.

Add in grated ginger and Hinds Spices Turmeric. Sauté for 30 seconds to let the spices cook, then add in chicken stock, chicken thighs, Bisto Original Gravy Powder, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.

Bring the soup to a boil, then stir in the pearl couscous.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for 20 – 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and transfer to a cutting board to shred using two forks. Add the chicken back to pot and season to taste.
