Honey-roasted Pork Sausages and Mustard Mash

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the honey, mustard, olive oil and thyme together. Pour the mixture over the sausages and coat well.

Place the sausages onto a roasting dish and cook for 30 minutes.

Place the potatoes into a pot of cold water and bring to the boil. Boil for 20 minutes, or until soft and cooked through. Drain and mash, whisk in the butter and milk. Stir in the mustard and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the Bisto Gravy for Roast Chicken Powder and boiling water together in a jug and set aside.

Serve the pork sausages on top of the mustard mash and pour over the gravy. Serve and enjoy with peas.
