Rub the Hinds Spices Steak & Chops Seasoning over the lamb chops, and coat in olive oil. Sprinkle over chopped rosemary and set aside.

Put the quartered baby potatoes in a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil and roast for 30 mins, sprinkle with Hinds Spices Potato Seasoning and roast for a further 10 minutes or until crispy.

Heat a griddle pan over a high heat and grill the chops for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside. Add the broccoli to the griddle pan for the last 3 minutes of cooking and grill, then sprinkle with the Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies.

Mix the Bisto Gravy for Roast lamb with the boiling water and serve with the chops.
