Wors and Potato Sishebo

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the diced potatoes for 5 minutes, add the chopped onion, bay leaves, Hinds Spices Medium Curry Powder and fry for a further 2 minutes.

Add the boerewors and brown in the pan for 3 minutes on each side, add the stock and cover with the lid and cook for 15 minutes.

Mix the Bisto Original Gravy Powder and Hinds Spices BBQ Spice with a little water to make a smooth paste. Add to the pan with the rest of the water and let it simmer until the sauce is thickened. Remove from the heat and serve.
