1400 g can Rhodes Quality Chickpeas in Brine, drained
2 sprigs of thyme
ΒΌ cupcream
2 cups couscous, cooked
1 Tbsp (15 ml) finely chopped parsley
Instructions
Mix the Bisto Original Gravy Powder in a little of the water to form a paste, add the remaining water and place into a small saucepan, bring to a gentle simmer. Add the Rhodes Quality Chickpeas in Brine, thyme and cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the couscous and roasted butternut and place into 2 serving bowls, pour over the chickpea gravy and serve with freshly chopped parsley.
