Roast Chicken, Tomato and Sweetcorn Casserole

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Place the red onion, cherry tomatoes and Rhodes Quality Whole Kernel Corn in Brine into a large casserole dish. Place the chicken pieces on top of the vegetables, sprinkle over crushed chillies and thyme, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over olive oil.

Mix the Bisto Brown Onion Gravy with the boiling water and pour over.

Bake for 45 minutes, remove from the oven, add the baby spinach and cook for a further 10 minutes.
