Pork Chops Cooked in Mushroom and Mustard Gravy, served with Spring Vegetables

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, season the pork chops with salt and pepper and fry for 3 minutes on each side over high heat until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add the onion, thyme and mushrooms to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cream and mustard and mix the Bisto Gravy for Roast Chicken with a cup of boiling water. Add to the pan and mix well.

Add the pork chops and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with green beans.
